We, the management of the Indigo Hotel seek to hire the service of an experienced receptionist who will take care of welcoming visitors to the reception, welcoming them, directing and anunceating them appropriately.
Duties:
- Handling of inquiries and complaints by phone, email and general correspondence.
- Say hello to all visitors.
- Transfer calls as needed.
- Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture.
- Serve visitors by greeting them, welcoming them and directing them appropriately.
- Reception and dispatch of deliveries.
- Take and ensure that messages are transmitted to the relevant staff member in a timely manner.
- Assist the HR team in recruitment, incorporation and dismissal processes.
